Royal Standard — Restaurant in Surrey Heath

Well my first visit to the pub was not a good one. Only had half a lager and was charged for a pint, complained but it got me no where, the Landlady just shrugged her shoulders. I wasn't going to let this put me off. Have visited several times since and will not be coming back! I don't expect to be waiting 20 minutes to be served for a drink when the bar staff are standing around chatting to one another, asked for some service to be told "5 minutes" that was the longest 5 minutes I've ever been waiting. The Landlady, rude, and very arrogant. This woman is going to grind this pub into the ground with her attitude towards people. Plus I don't expect to be talked about just because I am not a regular,. I have never come across such a rude individual as that landlady. Do something quick before she drives more customers out the door!!! On occasions I have come in with 20 girlfriends, neither of us shall be going back because of that unsociable rude landlady. Please save this pub as it used to be very decent and welcoming, not any more...

Terrible experience had been a regular was drinking in the beer garden with my friends when a member of staff had asked us to leave gave no explanation as to why we stopped coming here for a few months then decided to give this pub another try we visited 6 more times on the 6th occasion we go to bar only for the women at the bar to inform us that we we're all barred when I asked why they alleged that we had been "throwing packets of sauces in the beer garden" which seems like an extremely sad excuse to bar someone anyway we we're treated like criminals rather than customers felt like it was just an...
