WARNING!!! Please be very aware and stay cautious! I would NEVER visit this McDonald's restaurant again ever!...I was sold RAW UNCOOKED CHICKEN in the McSpicy that I paid over the top for anyways as McDonald's prices have really gone up from what made them stand out and appreciated in the past which was the fact that their meals were a lot cheaper than their competitors but now that is definitely no longer the case as they are now even more expensive when compared to their popular competitors- Anyway, before I digress too much - My main reason for writing this review is because I was sold an expensive McSpicy which had RAW (Uncooked) chicken in it and it made me really ill! I have just recently started to feel better and that was over 2 weeks ago or more, I was bed ridden and could not get out of bed for at least 2 weeks because of the poisoning I got from the chicken in this mcspicy. The worst part is that I've reported this back to McDonalds but absolutely nothing has been done about it. I am now left with no choice but to contact the Local Council's Food Safety Team and I will also be contacting the Food Standards Agency (FSA) about this as this restaurant and McDonald's can no longer be trusted after seeing the way they are treating this very serious matter. I would advise anybody using that particular restaurant on London Road, Camberley to be very careful and make sure that they check the food they are served before eating or just boycott that restaurant altogether. This restaurant will get somebody seriously hurt or maybe even killed by the standard of care in the food they are serving the...

Had 3 bad experiences in this place. After giving it the benefit of the doubt and because we sometimes like a MacDonalds as a bit of a treat. 3 times our order has been wrong. On one occasion we got charged 3 times for one order and had to wait 3 months to get the money back. (Not the magic number on this occasion).

Our most recent visit we had been out all day, tired and hungry we 'treated' ourselves to a drivethru. Ordered, paid, took our order and drove home. So far so good. Then we got back and realised the Happy meals had the wrong burgers in them (in the correct wrapper but the wrong burger inside) and we had no fries. My children started to cry because they were so hungry and had nothing they could eat. So I got back in the car and drove back as they didn't answer the phone after many attempts. I went inside the restaurant and had to wait 25 minutes as all the Just Eat drivers were the priority. I was then told that I should have checked the order on the screen when I paid, but as I pointed out, how could I, as a customer know what a 'HM Plain Chb Toy' is. He begrudgingly gave me fries that were missing and that was the end of it. He clearly thought he'd done all he could to make an unhappy customer happy. MacDonalds make enough money to spend some training their staff properly. Shame and will never go back now. Not a place I will be recommending to...

This is a lovely McDonald's. The staff were very efficient and friendly. My order is rarely incorrect and the queue times aren't too bad at all. The only problem is that you have to go around the main road one way to get there, which means going around the roundabout and doubling back on yourself. But this can also make it easier to get in and out of the venue quickly.

There are toilet facilities located nearby and it is always nice and clean. We have never had an issue with the cleanliness of the facilities.

The shop is located on a main road and as such can be little tricky to get out of the lot when the traffic is busy at peak times.

The area is child friendly. I visited with my son, who is one year old, and my daughter, who is 3 years old. They both enjoyed the visit and were easily supervised during our time in this area.

There is seating available both inside. The chairs are comfortable to sit on and the tables don't feel cramped.

You can order a deliveroo driver to go and pick up the food for you. McDonald's is prepared for that and from what I have seen has a good working relationship with the delivery drivers. They are dealt with friendly and efficiently, ensuring food is out as fast as possible .

The food is always tasty and warm. All set to eat in our take out.

All in all it was a great...

Dreadful. Friday evening and there were x4 4 person booths and a 4 seater bar reserved for staff break. (3rd of the seating) In our visit not a single staff member used them. It was a struggle for paying customers to find a seat. I was told it was because the staff were not allowed to sit with the public. Assuming for covid even though these same people were table serving. 🤔 Total madness. I found the floating waiter rude after the table incident. At one point they took an order out into the car park on a tray, seemed to walk around lost and not really knowing where they were going and brought it back in to be served. I sure wouldn't want my meal doing a tour of the car park before being served to me. Our order somehow got lost after using the self serve so we waited 20 minutes for our meal. Not a good experience.

Review for McDonald’s I am a daily customer at McDonald’s, but this has been my worst experience ever. We had a good time inside the restaurant, spent some time enjoying our food, and expected the usual friendly experience. However, after that, we shockingly received a parking notice. This is absolutely awful, especially for regular customers who support the place almost every day. Getting fined for simply spending time inside McDonald’s is unfair and leaves a very negative impression. Instead of feeling valued, I now feel penalized for being a loyal customer. This experience has really put me off, and I hope McDonald’s seriously reviews their parking policy so that other customers don’t go through the same disappointment.
