I go Nandos twice a week its me and my partner favourite place to eat, I can easily say i spent thousands at Nandos but wont go any Nandos ever again.
I went on Saturday evening have made my usual order that i know by heart and paid my usual £39.65 and asked the lady if its possible for me to get the Lemon and Herb mayonnaise i know its not in the menu but i get it in every Nandos i go too as its my partner favourite sauce.
The lady said she will ask the manager , I get approached by this manager with very unprofessional attitude and i say that because he didnt try to hide that he was stressing for whatever reason he was stressing.
saying we cant be giving this sauce to customers its not on the list and all the managers that gave it me in the past are wrong and they shouldn’t have. I said am not here to cause any problem i am a regular at nandos i spent a lot of money into this place am being polite explaining to you that this is the favourite sauce to my partner and she likes to come Nandos so she enjoy the sauce she like. Manager still said no I felt like at this point the manager is just being stubborn he seems lil bit stressed maybe because the place was busy am not sure i asked for his name think he said its Arron. Then when i get serviced my food the chips were cold for both me and my partner that i didnt even eat and i didnt feel like speaking to a manager because there is no point of explaining anything to him as he will just dismiss your opinion or what you want as a customer.
Very disappointed that I got treated in that way being a very loyal customer to the franchise however after the recent treatment by this manager Arron i will definitely not go Nandos again certainly not...
Read moreDear Nando’s Denton, Today we visited your restaurant & sadly this wasn’t the experience we wished for. We have never had a bad experience with your chain of restaurants until today. I don’t know if there has been a change of staff or other issues behind the scenes but I wanted to write this review to make you aware of the situation incase the member of staff I spoke too doesn’t or other customers encounter the same issues as our family. At around 4pm (04/10/2023) we ordered our food, my partner spoke to a lady, after coming back to our table she expressed to me how she felt your member of staff was rude & her tone of voice was unpleasantly blunt. Our starters came very quickly and they was really good but sadly when our mains arrived the majority was cold & didn’t look fresh. The lady who brought us the mains stood near the warmers was giggling with another member of staff while looking towards our table instead of actually assisting to see if the food coming out was ok, this is usually the customer service that Nando’s deliver. I think we would have understood if you was extremely busy but the restaurant was very near empty. This led to our visit being an overall disappointment. Nobody came over to us until we was ready to leave which was a lady who had only just began her shift, we explained it wasn’t her fault but we wanted to express our concerns and said she will pass on our feedback. We don’t believe our meal was acceptable we expected fresh hot food to be served, we ended up feeling like we had been served cold left overs. Sadly due to this experience we won’t...
Read moreVisited with my family as a treat for the kids during exam time. Tried Denton as the Ashton branch was closed for refurbishment when we tried to go during half-term. We were positioned at Table 13. There is a row of spotlights above, 2 of which shine directly down & are very bright. Because it was so bright, this area of the restaurant looked a bit tatty & not as inviting as the other side of the restaurant which seemed to look cosier. Ordered through the app & it was 30 minutes between finalising the order to the food arriving which seemed excessive compared to other Nandos we've visited. What ruined the whole visit was the fact we were sat next to a family with a young child who was watching cartoons/films on a mobile phone at FULL VOLUME presumably so he could hear it over the Nandos music playing in the restaurant. It was. It was like he had a TV on the table. I mentioned it to a staff member who in turn relayed it to the manager. Nothing could be done so I suppose it was just our misfortune to be sat next to one of those families who go out for family meals, but all sit using mobile devices & don't actually interact with one another. On the plus side, parking is plentiful, staff were polite & courteous & the food was good,...
