I'm writing on behalf of mum who had a been a repeat customer here for years.

Today she placed an order and repeatedly thanked the staff member (this is an anxious tick of hers). After collecting her order and sitting down she overheard the staff member mimicking her for laughs in the back behind the counter.

I assume the staff member thought my mum was out of hearing range, but even so this was just so unprofessional and needlessly unkind. Nobody should be made to feel stupid or embarrassed for something they can't control- especially in a cafe which is clearly a community hub for older and more vulnerable people.

£4.50 for a full English that consists of two fried eggs,2 bacon, 1 sausage, beans slice of toast and a hot drink. For 40p extra you can get an ash brown. Lovely food fast service. But for the price you dont get alot. A full English should also include mushrooms, tomatoes ,fried bread and black pudding. Even though it was nice it's not worth the price for...
