Caffè Nero are normally very good everywhere we've been, unfortunately on this visit to Oxsted someone had allowed their dog to foul the pavement outside then people had walked through it and walked it into the cafe. They were busy so nobody had made any attempt to clean it up neither inside or outside where a bucket of hot water would have worked wonders. Furthermore the place was also very untidy which is not the normal for Caffè Nero. Read moreI always have a great experience in the Oxted branch of Caffè Nero. The staff are helpful with things like table service or moving chairs to accommodate my wheelchair/poor mobility. I frequent Nero with my family & when meeting friends (including friends with wheelchairs) - they really cater to everyone. Read moreCoffe is ok, as it should be for coffee shop prices. Service is never particularly energized, and the typical for minimal for British. The door is obscenely loud as it smashes closed. The seats are either uncomfortable or sometimes grotty and torn with the stuffing coming out.
