Whyteleafe Cafe — Restaurant in Tandridge

Been having food from here for a while usually as a take away it can be very hit and miss as to how ur order arrives and I order same thing every time, I went there today @2pm and decided to sit in with my family, food arrived super quickly and the sausage was under cooked. The staff decided to start sweeping and mopping as we started eating and (kept banging my bag and table with broom) Than two of us had finished and two was still eating the man come and cleared the table while my family was still putting food from plate to mouth! Uber order, there where no chips left in with my order of an omlette and beans. Upon calling the Uber driver, he simply hung up. So I called the Café directly who said they would deliver chips to me. Sadly 30 minutes later they rang back to say that they were too busy to do this and that they offered resolution in the way of something next time I order which I've rejected. The omelette was nice, all instructions were followed and despite some cooling after the phone calls overall not bad. As expected, I've taken the issue up with Uber directly and hopefully something with arise from that. I went into the cafe, which now has soya milk and was told I have to pay £2.30 more to add this in my coffee. The cashier was dismissive and rude and told me I did not need to get anything from there when I explained that I only needed a splash in my black coffee, which comes with my breakfast as I am lactose intolerant.
