The staff were very friendly and polite, prices of food do not match the standards of the food. We ordered the olives and bread for starters which tasted like Jared olives from the fidge nothing tasty that we have had at many other restaurants. My partner ordered the swordfish which was very nice as well as my sea bass however both of our bed of roasted vegetables were very greasy and you could taste the burnt oil from the pan, We both ordered potatoes with the meals expecting separate potatoes or even potatoes on the plate however we received 1 side bowl of a small portion and told it was for both of us. These were still hard and had not flavour just tasting bland. The wine is reasonable priced however if you order a beer ask for just the bottle as they poured half of the bottle into a glass which made it flat and again with the second which then wasted my partners peroni. (They do not have beer on tap) The service was nice however the food was not...

Well sorry just getting around to leaving a review, but beginning of November whilst having to wait around on a couple of days I went to one cafe but it were hi and bye, so following day I thought I would walk further up regardless of my bad back, and pleased I did. I arrived and looked very expensive, however once inside my experience were memorable. The lady greeted me at the door and asked me my preference of positioning of which table, due to sunlight so I sat further towards the counter. I ordered an English breakfast, and whilst waiting I got chatting to a beautiful older lady on the first table on my right. She were a regular and amazing, even when I were eatin we continued to chat, the server lady were absolutely outstanding, friendly, and over and beyond with customer service it is reasonable priced, excellent service, food azing, altogether amazing. When I go to dawlish next this is...

Reflections Bistro.. on reflection I would give this place a wide berth and go for fish and chips in town. Tomato and basil soup to start was luke warm and full of cream. Gave them the benefit of the doubt as waiting for the home made lasagna, that's got to be good . mmmmm , it went down hill quick . I played hunt the beef , pasta and tomato sauce but I could not find it in the white creamy sauce!!!! I was given a knife and fork but a spoon would have been more appropriate for this dish. Complained and they took it off the bill, Just be ware what you order . The chips and vinegar were good. Went for a pizza on the way back to the hotel, so not all bad .

Walked to Dawlish from Dawlish Warren and really wanted a proper cream tea. Most of the places in town were pretty tacky so walked out of town and was just ready to give up when we found Reflections. It was Sunday so we just got served but it was worth it. 2 warm scones each, loads of jam and cream Went to heaven and fuelled for our walk back. We sat outside as had a dog but the Bistro inside looked great and the other food being served superb.

Went to Dawlish on New Year Day for a walk. Most coffee shops were closed but luckily this was open.A friendly warm welcome and as we only wanted cappuccino we sat in bucket seats near the entrance. The cappuccino was very good and value at £2.5 for a small and £3 for large. There was a continuous procession of people coming in as again it was the only venue available. Well done Reflections.
