Cafe 128 — Restaurant in Tendring

Well what can I say ...... I thought I would try cafe 128 out Because I had heard everyone was raving about the place since it's been opened.

Well I wasn't disappointed 👍 I ordered the double smash burger meal with chips and a can of coke all for £12

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I haven't had a burger like this since I lived in London and I've been here over 20yrs, it was sooooooo flavoursome.

The salad was lovely fresh and crisp and the tomatoes were decent really tasty as for the chips they were to die for,

The staff are so friendly and polite as well🥰

Now as for the actual burger It set my taste buds alive It was so juicy and tender & well seasoned honestly guys get down to cafe 128 they have such a great Verity of food give it a try you won't regret it.

I had a great experience here today. The staff are very friendly, they have a wide variety on the menu. The cafe is very clean, bright and welcoming with plenty of space between tables. The food is delicious with good size portions and i did not leave hungry or unsatisfied. This will be my new regular and it's a short walk for lunch breaks when working from home.

Please note: food is halal and no pork products as other reviews have "mentioned?". This is clearly stated on the menu, and if you're not sure then ask.

Highly recommended as long as you aren't set on pork products.

This truly is a hidden gem and I am so happy me and my friends visited during our staycation in clackton. The cafe is extremely clean, customer service is excellent, and the food is perhaps one of the best tasting, freshest, and best value for money full English breakfasts I have ever had (I am comparing this to some very well known and popular cafes in London).

The whole menu is 100% halal (see the photos) and the staff and owners are extremely friendly and hospitable.

I would genuinely consider travelling all the way to clackton just to eat here again. Amazing and definitely a cafe that everyone should stop by if they’re coming to/passing through...
