Pizza Hut Clacton On Sea — Restaurant in Tendring

Only giving it a 1 as I can not leave a lower score otherwise it would be a massive 0! So I ordered a delivery which delivery instructions 'Ring when outside, dont knock'. They failed to ring and instead left the food outside on the floor in the freezing cold. Then they sent another one which they also failed to deliver claiming that they rung but I never answered the phone (massively untrue and I even showed the manager I wasn't lieing as he repeatedly kept trying to call me a lier). Third and final time, the manager delivered it himself and he actually rang me when outside so I was able to finally collect the order however I wish I hadn't! The pizza and cookie dough was absolutely raw! Absolute joke of an establishment, would avoid at all costs! Spent 3 hours of complete hassle to be called a lier to eventually receive raw food!!! Will never ever be ordering from here again,...

Wasn't a good start when the delivery driver just stood on my door step and didn't even ring the bell just stood there then to open up the pizza for it too look like it's not even been cooked and then wasn't helpful at all the manager of the place was rude wouldn't even come to the phone left it to someone else to deal with absolutely apaling do not order from this store not even going to attempt to eat the pizza and it was the rong base aswell stay clear I say what a waste of 20 quid also ordered spicy chicken strips I got chicken gougeon s absolute joke...

I got a multiple large and medium pizzas and nearly every side for my sisters birthday party. Every single pizza was consistent and made with love . Perfect ratio to everything and food was perfect for my sister and her friends . The young girl who served me was extremely quick and efficient and had no issue with the amount of food I was ordering she helped me pick the best pizzas and gave me good advice and made much a long hard order very easy . The two managers that were there was very very professional and also extremely helpful . I highly recommend if you live in clacton to go to this location it is fast, delicious and...
