Went in today and explained I had an allergy and could the woman working make sure she didn't cross contaminate. She then proceeds to make my sub and put the ingredient in said I couldn't eat into the sub and then basically laugh and say I could just scrape it out. I then said I couldnt eat it and could she remake it. I was told no and I the proceeded to ask for a manager. To be then told that she was the manager and that she didn't care and I could pay for my food and leave. I left without paying and I certainly won't be returning. So they remade it and the food was in newly made food was in the same condition as the first time. surely the manger or owner should of checked the food before it left the store as the staff are obviously incompetent and noone seemed to care.
