Subway — Restaurant in Tendring

Went in today and explained I had an allergy and could the woman working make sure she didn't cross contaminate. She then proceeds to make my sub and put the ingredient in said I couldn't eat into the sub and then basically laugh and say I could just scrape it out. I then said I couldnt eat it and could she remake it. I was told no and I the proceeded to ask for a manager. To be then told that she was the manager and that she didn't care and I could pay for my food and leave. I left without paying and I certainly won't be returning. Im making a formal complaint to subway head office as if id have eaten the sub it could have killed me. The MANAGER working was a woman called Crysta I believe. Not worth the money or time £30 down the drain. Sub melt was burnt. Nachos was soggy. So they remade it and the food was in newly made food was in the same condition as the first time. surely the manger or owner should of checked the food before it left the store as the staff are obviously incompetent and noone seemed to care. Bad customer service and bad managment. If i wanted to eat charcole i would buy it from b&m should of got mcdonalds would of been cheaper and nicer. order never arrived with no refund! waited an hour and a half, then drove to subway itself when there was no updates. when arriving i was told by the petrol station staff that they had closed 40 minutes ago and staff had packed away, turned the lights off and left! meanwhile online orders were still active and able to be accepted. i still have no money back and was unable to cancel the order, leaving me out of pocket with no food received. disappointing since usually they are very on-time— but to be left in the dark and the staff closing the store and not even acknowledging my order wasn’t great at all. definitely broken some trust with giving money to...
