Chick-O-Land — Restaurant in Test Valley

BEWARE! The website information on the delivery service is a SCAM. We're very frustrated by Chick-O-Land with their horrible customer service. We ordered on their website for delivery. Our home is within 5 miles of their store and their website said there was no fee for delivery to our home. After we placed our order, the store called us and said there would be a £5 delivery charge based upon our location. We tried to tell them we were within 5 miles based upon GoogleMaps and Apple Maps. They refused to listen to us and said they wouldn't deliver unless we paid the extra £5. Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway) this is extortion! Do not order from them and expect they will honor the information on...

We Ordered through Justeat, the driver called as he tried to deliver and his English was not so good, i managed to understand the shop name and address so i confirmed our address. The driver delivered it to the wrong address so we called the shop and they said we will call you straight back. 10 mins later I called back and they said 5 mins another lot will be with you, half an hour later we cancelled through Justeat who were very helpful. The shop still tried to deliver to us and we turned it away as we now had food in the oven, the shop refused a refund and hung up on me lol.

No delivery and when I rang they said it should of arrived and then hung phone up on me. Rang back they said they would sort out my order as driver delivered to wrong address. Received inedible food dry/half raw chicken, chips soggy and even the drinks were incorrect. Wasn't even what I ordered but after waiting 2 hours I just couldn't be bothered to wait no more.
