A group of 12 of us booked this place for a leaving function, due to some people arriving late there were complications caused by our party. The staff handled everything very well and were extremely accommodating throughout what must have been a frustrating process for them. Eventually we had 2 lanes sorted out and a thoroughly enjoyable time! Car parking is easy with a number of facilities in the area, payment for parking is best through an app we have discovered. It’s also free after 1600 in the carpark we chose. The bowling centre is located on the second floor of the building, there are stairs available as well as a lift should you need it. Inside the place is spacious with plenty of seating for eating food and drinks, quite a few arcade games are also available; some you can win tickets on these can be exchanged for prizes. The bowling itself is well maintained and set out allowing up to 6 people per lane, we had 2 lanes next to each other for our group. Military discount is available making it around £8 per game, table service from the bar can be achieved by scanning a QR code from the small table at your lane. Based on this experience I would highly recommend this place for some light hearted fun.

When I looked online the description came across misleading as it gave the impression that it was a big leisure complex. Thought that it ticked all the boxes for my son's 7th birthday treat...Fail***!! On arriving I was in disbelief as it is situated above a retail shop & was on a busy high street. Hesitant as we had travelled from Portsmouth felt that we would of had a wasted journey so we decided to go in and prey it was a blip & unfortunately it didn't get any better.. It was more like a youth club which was poorly run and although we pre booked we were kept waiting to play bowling as there were no free lanes THEN when we finally had our turn there were no available shoes and had to wait for someone to finish their game.! We decided against eating there as the whole place looked dirty. **WOULD NOT RECOMMEND**

Took family here for a day out and was disappointed as soon as we arrived due to travelling from Portsmouth. The website gives the impression that it is a massive venue with lots on offer.. well, I beg to differ as it is situated in a high street and was more like a youth club than a leisure complex. Golf was ok but we weren't given a score card so lost count of scores & it was small. Bowling was also nothing like I expected and there were no shoes available for my daughter which was a let down as we booked a wk prior but no lane reserved. Wouldn't return again as it was a wasted journey.

Treated me and my partner to glow golf and bowling today... Would of rather stayed at home used cups and a brush for the golf & plastic Garden skittles from poundland.

Walking in instantly with regret due to the hideous state of the place. Out of date machinery ( how this is classed as an arcade I do not know ) everywhere you looked even up to the ceiling was absolutely disgusting.

Both working in the hospitality industry ourselves stood waiting at the reception and not even getting a " hello how are you " instead getting a grumpy receptionist just staring until we spoke.

Proceeding to the glow golf the only aspect of this which was at all interesting was the flooring. Having to wait 5/10 minutes each time for people to finish their turns and nowhere for you to put your belongings so carrying bags etc.. with you the whole time unable to putt properly due to not having anywhere to put your stuff incase of theft due to how dark it was. The end hole going " waa waa waaaaa " was really aimed at the whole game.

Next moving to the reception again not being able to put our putts anywhere due to noone being at the desk.. yet again a employee that comes over without any enthusiasm only to see if she could recreate the first stare the first time booked us through our bowling not listening or reading properly caused one of the parties names to be terribly wrong.. whether this was a typo , me maybe not knowing how to spell my own name or the fact the whole system is outdated to probably windows 98 even though this place is new?

Strikes and spares were gained throughout this bowling session but having half a cut scene of this happening on the screens was abit of a bummer with some professional style strikes happening.

Halfway through our games we decided to get an over priced beer... After waiting nearly 30 minutes for someone to appear behind the counter being stared at by two " chefs " doing nothing in the kitchen instead of them letting a member know or saying " someone will be with you in a minute or this case 30 " turnt their backs and continued chatting.

Next a young boy who looked very scared to serve due to the fact he didn't know what he was doing.. and the legal age to sell alcohol to customers on a premises to a customer is 18? I work as a bar tender so I know this instantly.

Then the thought of " oh should we eat here " was abruptly stopped due to every single table being full of used plates , glasses and bottles and sticky and spat out food everywhere.

The only thing that saved this experience was probably how quick the lift opened its doors and sent us down two levels to escape from the excuse my French s*hole .

I would appreciate maybe head office or management in this place to be notified on this and I would very happily speak to them either personally or email but nowhere near the building.

Had a really nice Saturday afternoon out here - myself, my wife and my 2 children 7 & 9. We booked a bowling and glo-golf session and although we were running a little late they were very understanding about this. The bowling was great, everything was in good working order, and then it was on to the glo-golf. This was also great fun, but there was some minor cosmetic damage on some of the holes, and also it could be difficult to play the ball in some parts because of the walls being so close to the holes. Halfway round my wife, who has back problems, needed to sit down, and again the staff were great- they brought her a chair which we took with us round the rest of the course. Once we finished the golf we had a sit down, and then the children wanted to go on the arcade machines - these are quite reasonably priced at either 50p or £1 a game. They were a bit disappointed as there wasn't a 2p slider machine, but you can't have it all! On a side note, the bathroom was spotless and the staff were friendly and courteous at all times. The reason I had to take one star off however was because when we came to leave, the lift wasn't working which meant 4 flights of stairs for my wife, and doing that on...
