Reeve the Baker — Restaurant in Test Valley

Arrived at 8.30 to a very untidy shop to be told we cannot have a seat because they were unloading and told it takes as long as it takes , we came back 30mins later shop still an absolute mess 4 members of staff ignoring us, table and chairs still stacked. We asked politely for drinks and a bacon roll to be grunted back at you'll have to come down here ... where the floor was covered in crumbs , i politely said i don't think we'll bother thank you to which the lady shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes we then proceeded to another cafe around the corner which I highly recommend , I will not be visiting this Reeves again ... shame because the food...

This tiny bakery had a long que for a limited selection of food, after queing up in a fairly lengthy line with my two children we were told that we would have to go to a separate que to actually get any food or not drinks if we were "eating in" (helpfully this is not on ANY signs). We then waited for another ten minutes with no danger of being served anything whilst my wife cleared one of the many uncleared tables. Is the most Horrific almond cookie 🍪 I’ve paid OVER £20, the saddest spend in my life. There’s paper stuck on the bottom and my son was about to eat it. Too much bitter almond is not edible. I got the pictures. What is really going on!? That should never be sold to the public; very sad. It does not meet food standards to be on the shelf. People will eat the paper stuck at the bottom, any child will not notice. They should have let the costumers know about the paper...
