Greggs — Restaurant in Tewkesbury

1 star for everything, well would be 0 and had to be considering placing an order 9:31 left us waiting till 11:30 for nothing to happen with the order, no updates nothing whatsoever. Would have been nice for something to happen considering i hadn’t eaten since 7pm the prior day and needed food made and delivered so i could eat once it had come whilst i was getting ready for the day. Considering i’ve been in here and other greggs and they literally prioritise orders come through on their screen for the delivery drivers who come in and skip the queue completely you’d think your order would get at least made or furthermore cancelled. If they had nothing of what was ordered then cancel the order so we know? so we can order elsewhere to have...

Food is good, cant fault that. Never had a bad order from there, it does get busy over the lunchtime rush, though. However, the older woman who works there, I believe she is a supervisor or a manager, wears glasses. She’s incredibly rude, and acts like serving customers is an inconvenience, speaks in a very condescending and moody tone and is rude and short, you’d think she hates her job.

You know what you're getting with a Gregg's. In my case, it's breakfast on the last Friday of the month. Usual breakfast Baguette and a mocha on the breakfast deal. All goes down great.

I can't speak for the sandwiches or healthy options as it's always the unhealthy stuff that draws you in.

Cheap, quick and tasty enough. I'm not fooling myself thinking it's good quality or anything but once a month can't hurt.
