Subway — Restaurant in Tewkesbury

Ordered via Uber eats 12/08/2025 so can't comment on service and atmosphere. Ordered a cheese and guacamole sub with salad and Caesar sauce, also a raspberry cheesecake cookie, a Ben and Jerry's, garlic bread with cheese and a pre-bottled cold Costa coffee... Sub arrived without cheese and instead had southwest sauce, cookie was substited for a choc chip instead (without notification), ice cream was warm soup, despite it saying that it only took 8 mins to deliver from store to door (must've been sat out at the store for ages, in the warm), garlic bread was so lightly toasted that the cheese was still cold and not melted at all, iced coffee was warm and had been nowhere near a fridge. All round disappointment. Impossible seven layers of hell trying to get Uber to respond to queries (previous experience), so I didn't even bother this time. Won't use this...

Avoid this store. I was visiting this store to pickup delivery order. I have been waiting for over half an hour and some people have been waiting for over an hour to collect the food. Yes it’s true. As I can see that they have constant walk in customer. Staff was only served walk in customer and ignored delivery order. I have asked if they are doing delivery order at all. The greatest answer was walk in customer first until finished then delivery order. What if walk in customer continues until store close. They might forget that the delivery order also their customer too. I feel like the driver who is picking up the food has been treated unfairly and discriminated. If they are do first come first serve they will not having this problem. One star is too...

I like subway, always decent food and reasonable prices. Visited today and had to wait what seemed like forever due to a fat, annoying and very rude customer who obviously thinks that when she's ordering the world must stop just for her. I've no beef with the young lady serving apart from she could have used another staff member as she was obviously new to the job, anyway like I say great place but they do need better customers. Or a ban...
