Awful, awful food, awful staff, awful overall experience.

If you like the food this restaurant serves then you have never had even a mediocre Chinese meal and certainly never a well cooked one with good quality produce. I have had some wonderful Chinese meals in the UK, from top range restaurants to eat all you can restaurants, which this is.

It's truly disgusting.....the ingredients, e.g. meat, fish, vegetables are of the poorest quality. The hot hors d'ourves had practically no filling that I could see or taste...all I could taste was cooking oil. We were hoping the next course would be better...it wasn't and, as for the mains...the chicken was indescribably bad, the prawns were tasteless, the lamb was tasteless and the beef was tasteless. The spices were minimal, so did nothing for the palate. The egg rice looked as if it was cooked a week ago and the Singapore noodles were the worst looking and tasting I'd ever had. As for the curry...the sauce looked like milk chocolate sauce and tasted like nothing on earth, with no hint of curry spices.

One of the waitresses was a rude, miserable, unhelpful woman. The floor was filthy, both from the dirty carpet and dropped food that no one had bother to clear up. The whole...

It's the second time I've come to this place and I've found that I have the same experience both times.

The food, is good I shall give this place that. If you want good tasting food this is the place but I don't recommend dining in.

If you sit and and you are unfortunate enough to be the only people in this place you'll sit in silence save for the constant beeping of their delivery devices. The staff are horribly rude ripping menu's from your hands ignoring you till they think is a good time for you to order. One of my party ordered a coffee with 3 sugars and the woman really had the balls to go "all of that in one cup?" the only time they smile at you is when you order alcohol. Mostly because it's ridiculously expensive.

Despite being a place marked as all you can eat the plates come out slowly, the waitress frowns at you if you order more then one thing at a time and the portions are tiny. We requested a larger portion of a starter item as a main and I swear they made a smaller portion.

Without a doubt the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had the misfortune of ordering. I ordered from here a few months ago and wasn't impressed. I had been recommended Ba Fu by others so assumed that it was just a one off bad takeaway. I ordered again late last night (only one of two Chinese takeaways open at 10:30pm and the only one to sell seemingly alright vegetarian options). Good lord do I regret it. Everything from this 'restaurant' tastes and looks like it's about 6 months old. The curry sauce is far too sweet, the "deep fried" tofu is soggy and flavourless, and even the chips taste stale. Worst of all, whilst trying to enjoy this subpar dinner, I tasted something that tasted strongly of fish. I ordered items suitable for vegetarians, and do not eat meat or fish, so to find fish in my food is absolutely disgusting. Safe to say I was pretty ill after this. This establishment is an embarrassment to Thanet. I would strongly advise against ordering...
