Eata Pizza — Restaurant in Thanet

So being the inexperienced teenager I am I decided to order from the first pizza place that had a £8 min for delivery bc I'm very right with my money. After ordering, I looked at the reviews(if I had done this before hand it would've not saved the pain)but being clueless as I was I though it was impossible to mess up something so simple as pizza. I.was.wrong.so the bass was soggy,dry, bland and tasteless all at the same time(how is that even possible I know) the tomato sauce had no flavour whatsoever, it was just sitting there, on my pizza making things worse. And these cheese, oh lord the cheese, the cheapest stuff I had ever tasted bf it was layered on so thick to try and disguise the pizzas true, disgusting form , the only good thing about this pizza is that is smelt nice, had to give them props for that, but it tasted like absolute crap,life lesson look at reviews, and yes it is possible to ruin pizza. Now if u will excuse me this food has wreaked havoc inside my stomache and I feel as do this pizza will be making a reappearance very soon, anyone considering ordering from there, just don't, I'm not an angry biased adult, I'm a young child who had her pizza dreams...

I've been using Eata pizza for over 20 years, the owner is an excellent man, polite, friendly and always service with a smile, the pizzas are my favourite, I lived in Texas for a few years and couldn't find a pizza nearly as good. I feel sorry for the people who've had burnt food or dissatisfied with it but personally I've never had any issues in over 20 years, I have however been terribly disappointed with some of the "highly recommended" take aways in my area, several times. 2 stars for the food which is always top notch. Been using these guys for years but after tonight never again. I was told there was a 1hr wait. Ile take that the food is well worth it. I called 2hrs later to see where my order was and was told sorry for the delay it will be leaving the shop in 5 mins. Ok. Called back 20 mins later "oh it's leaving any second".
