Have eaten with FE before when the came to our golf club for an event so could think of no one better to cater for a 'Celebration of Life' party for my Bajan father in law who passed away in February. Wow what can I say, curried chicken, channa curry, mac and cheese, fish fritters, jerk chicken, peas and rice and plantain. Food was amazing, so tasty and fresh and as soon as it turned up to the house, (they drop it off) I wanted to dig in. Everyone who came to the party said the food was amazing. I initially thought there was not going to be enough but there was loads left over which we are slowly getting through and the taste is only getting better. Last weekend I got married and at the last minute I was left without evening caterers. Funky elephant was recommended to me and from the first conversation with them it was easy, professional and reassuring. They came and set up without any fuss, all self contained. The food was lovely and what ever was left over was boxed up into to easy portions to be enjoyed the next day. Another big pro for me was that it was all eco friendly packaging which is so important now a days.
