Today 21 - Dec- 24 Greg food store in Watford town centre was totally messed staff was not bothered to clean and when requested to clean the sitting area staff was very rude don’t want to do the job krsh who came to sweep the mess was too rude and very annoying, the team today at Greg’s had no respect for customer.We have been Greg’s customer for last 20 years today’s experience was very disappointing. I had to go here because there are no coffee shops around. I have given a lot of chances to this place but I have noticed every time - cold food, and cold staff. The staff behaves as if they're selling coffee for free to homeless people.

Never going here again, will wait for another coffee place to open up...
