Nancy's Tea Rooms — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

We were disappointed with our experience at Nancy's Tea Rooms due to poor service and a sterile environment. The lady serving us gave the impression we were an inconvenience. We ordered coffee and cake, but unfortunately the coffees the spilt on their way to us. The server grinned and did not acknowledge this at all, so we had almost half filled drinks with the rest in the saucer. The cakes were fairly basic and slightly stale. The seating area upstairs lacked any character or atmosphere. Overall I would not return when there are other cafes in Tonbridge where a bit more effort is put into...

Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. We were told over the phone that because we were bringing our 2 year old that they'd add some extra sandwiches to our afternoon tea. They made up our daughter her own afternoon tea which was lovely but the price of a shared afternoon tea and our toddlers was £59? This seems very expensive given that the scones were bought in. I thought online it said £30 for 2 adults.. aside from that there is a ladybird infestation which was off- putting. The plus side was that the food seemed fresh but very over priced...
