We stopped here for a drink on an afternoon visit to Bideford with a coach party. The landlord and landlady were wonderful and friendly and we really felt like they cared about us. Mum had a coffee and said it was better than any she had been getting at our hotel. We would definitely pay this lovely little pub another visit next time we were in Bideford. Thanks for your hospitality White Hart from Linda and Jolene...

Very poor attitude towards customers 20 rugby players walked into the bar on the night of 19th and where told at 10.15 the bar will be closed even though they had 3 bar staff behind the bar the landady was rude and at 9.50pm she closed the hole bar and and asked to leave very poor attitude and very...

The pubs in Bideford need to be aware that tourists come to spend money and expect nice environment not locals being aggressive and using unacceptable language. This pub is no different from the others in addition that they do not accept cards! Does Bideford have a problem...
