Aytan's Cafe — Restaurant in Trafford

Since I wrote the review for his soup that it does Not comply with IBS and coliac sufferers, the owner is harassing me with a different answer every day. In addition he put his friends to write a review about the soup, which it is an insult to IBS and coeliac sufferers.

The owner is supposed to ask if a customer is allergic to anything. 🤓 This owner nor just he did Not ask whether I have an allergy but when I returned the soup he was insulting and rude. The proof is that he is harassing me every day and he leaves a different comment per day under my review.

▪︎The tables were dirty, we ended up to clean up our own table. The cafe owner is rude, condescending and impolite. We ordered a chicken soup, he did not ask us if we are allergic to any ingredient. He brought a chicken soup which it was laden with turmeric. We returned it back immediately as I am a coeliac and I am allergic to turmeric and cumin. The cafe owner refused to replace the soup and to bring a chicken soup without turmeric. Also he refused blatantly to refund us. He was ARROGANT towards my condition and when we explained to him that I am a coeliac which certain ingredients like: Turmeric and Cumin accelerate my condition, the cafe owner replied with an arrogant manner that he can give us the soup to take it with us!! My partner had an upset tummy after he ate full English breakfast with undercooked egg from that cafe. It is better off to eat breakfast from a cafe down the road. "Aytan cafe" does not comply with food allergies and with clean conditions. In addition the cafe owner with the foreign accent is racist towards Asian women Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | ...

Been coming to aytan cafe for years yesterday was charged twice I rang and the manager said he would refund , however is wife was so very rude , she gave me 4.20 back instead of 4.50 after saying I was charged 4.50 she told me to go somewhere else .. I've never experienced such horrid attitude and wanted a photo copy off my bank statement on line displaying my account number I refused .. I'm absolutely shocked with her bolcy attitude and my family will not be eating or purchasing ...
