I've never had a Dominos pizza myself, I've eaten them before at other occassions, but I've never ordered before. Today my wife was going out for a meal and my son had messaged to say he got an A in one of his mock A levels and mentioned he'd heard about some Domino's offers on Spotify. I had a look and we agreed we'd get a takeaway pizza for our tea as a treat. I was going to create a pizza from scratch, but I saw if I customised a Meatfielder pizza with some extra mushrooms it pretty much covered everything I wanted, so that's what I did. It cost a little extra to add the mushrooms but it was worth it as it got me the pizza I was craving.
The service was excellent and the pizza came well within the time window specified. I ordered seamlessliy online and everything seemed great. I was enjoying my pizzza until the moment I realised the extra mushrooms weren't there. I've attached a picture of the Meatfielder pizza with extra mushrooms.
A prize is available to anyone who can successfully idenfity the extra mushrooms added to the pizza (no those are meatballs not mushrooms).
When it comes to Takeaway Pizza there's not really much to it. A customer orders and the pizza company make the order and deliver it, it's all pretty easy. Except somehow on my very first time ordering a takeaway pizza, I've found that a simple request to add some extra mushrooms at my extra cost and which I paid for, didn't actually happen. It's like the "you had one job" memes. Really you had one job and all I wanted was the pizza I paid for.
I phoned to ask for a refund after eating the pizzas with my son and daughter and was told that they can't provide a refund but they can remake the pizza. I'm not really impressed with that as it's an easy way to make money from customers who order extras and they fail to pay so I'll force myself to have an extra pizza that I didn't need as the alternative is to be scammed out of the cost of the extra mushrooms.
The pizza that arrived initially was lovely and I enjoyed it, although it would have been improved immensely by the additon of the mushrooms I paid for.
In summary, check the pizza as soon as it's delivered and perhaps any inconvenience can be avoided.
Not sure I'd reccommend Dominos Sale, it was great pizza so as long as you get what you ask for it's...

They can't cope with 2 for 1 Tuesday, incredibly slow delivery, we waited over 2 1/2 hours for a pizza (in fact it never turned up.. I went to the shop) and we live just a couple of miles away, their staff are beyond rude and look like they need to wash their uniforms (kitchen staff not counter) they don't deal with customer complaints very well and the manager has absolutely no control over his staff. When I phoned to check on the pizza I was told on 3 occasions "it's on its way" The day we waited over two hours for a pizza I gave up and took a trip to the shop, the manager was in some way sort of apologetic but it didn't feel very sincere and a young female shouted from the back with a mouth full of food. The manager allowed his "staff" to be opinionated and rude to me in front of my children. Shame on such a big company for employing people like this. It is a shame because other Dominoes take-a-way's are spot on and delivery fantastic food by presentable and polite...

Ordered here for the first time 4 months ago. The delivery driver left the food outside the flat complex on the floor. The next day we walked into store to complain, the member of staff said 'There was no f**king proof' that he did this yet we had a reciept and my girlfriend filmed our outside descovery on her phone. - We stupidly ordered food here the following week, they then failed to answer the call after a full hour went by without delivery yet it said it had been delivered on the app. We walked round to see where our food was, we were greeted by the rudest, most idiotic member of staff I have ever met. The same rude person who swore the previous week. They had forgot to deliver our food. We got a refund.
