Absoloutly shocking customer service was in here at dinner time and the only customer in the shop, as I placed my order for 2 x 1/2 pounder burger meals the lady behind the counter gave me a 1 minute finger gesture as she was on the phone that was after me shouting to the back for assistance after being stood there waiting patiently for around 3 minutes. I placed my order that came to £9.80 and the lady continued on the phone the whole time not watching the grill and wondering off into the back she slapped some cheese on after 5 minutes with most of it overlapping the burger just sticking to the grill while the burgers were being burnt to death whilst continuing on the phone . She then took two buns out of the freezer put them both in the microwave while continuing on the phone and wondering of again into the back , I said to her after she put the buns in the plastic container you not going to toast them buns ? She slapped them on with two of them over hanging the grill whilst chatting away on her phone I then lost it with her I told her she was very rude and is this the way you treat your customers ? She just growled back at me I'm on the phone , I said right give me my money back which she reluctantly did after saying what am I ment to do with this food ? If you want some chicken that taste like Fish your in for a grand time (Lancashire Accent)⛔⛔ ......back to normality we ordered from this place for the first time it was the only place open 🔔🔔. Should of thought about it, we ended up getting a chicken Donner meat and chips, cheeseburger and chips & four pieces of chicken. The chicken Donner was really bad to much of chunky mesh of badly processed chicken with way too much gristle but at least it didn't taste like some sort of gone of fish but still real bad. See the cheeseburger wasn't too shabby It was alright average burger par the crusty old bun which I had to swap. Now it gets interesting so the chicken I ordered brings shame on all that is high & mighty in the fried chicken world it had no flavour what so ever that represented fried chicken with the only taste this bad fried fish taste as if I just went to a chippy and ordered fish & chips real quick.😫 So it got scrapped real quick.(nothing wrong with fish& chips) Overall this place is really funky like some sort nastiness about it but it's cheap I guess so please be cautious when...

Absolute joke of a place, ordered a family pizza meal deal, 14inch pizza with peperoni and sweetcorn, 10inch garlic bread with cheese, chips and onion rings, we got a 14inch pizza with ham, spicy chicken, Donna meat, green peppers and mushrooms, 10 inch cheese and tomato pizza, and 2 portions of chips 1 had cheese on.

I rang to let them know and I was told my correct order would be delivered shortly and that I could keep the other pizzas etc, an hour went by so rang them back and got abuse from the prick at the other end saying it won't be delivered tonight as they we're too busy and I would receive a free 14 inch pizza next time I ordered, I explained to him that it wasn't good enough as I had a 5 and 6 year old that were tired and hungry as it was 8pm and a13 year old that won't eat alot of things on the pizza they sent.
