During my recent visit, I felt that Shabbir misrepresented the promotional deal. According to the app, the offer includes a free meal (a drink and either chips or a cookie) with the purchase of a sub. However, he insisted I could only choose a cookie, which contradicts what’s clearly stated in the app.

Additionally, he informed me that I couldn’t use my reward points on the offer, even though I’ve successfully used points with similar deals at several other Subway branches. This inconsistency was disappointing and made the experience feel unnecessarily restrictive.

Our office regularly orders food from this Subway location, and the staff—especially the women—are always polite, helpful, and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, this interaction stood out in contrast to the usual positive experience.
