We had an absolutely incredible experience celebrating our 2nd anniversary at the Perfect Match. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were embraced like family. Andrea, who not only co-owns the establishment but also serves as the sommelier, delivered a level of service that was truly impeccable. His extensive knowledge of wines expertly complemented our meal, and we savored a glass of Prosecco from his family's vineyard.

Jazz, the head chef and co-owner, surpassed our high expectations with her culinary prowess, especially with the venison main course. It was nothing short of a masterpiece, with the venison cooked to a perfect medium-rare, exquisitely tender and flavorful. The accompanying rich, velvety sauce was a symphony of flavors that took us on a delightful journey with every bite. The mussels cooked with Nudja were equally delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the perfectly seasoned Ox Heart, served pink with a creamy mayo. Another standout was the Guineafowl and mushroom pie, featuring tender, flavorsome guineafowl enveloped in a rich, buttery pastry—a truly delectable creation.

What elevated our evening even further was the thoughtful gesture of celebrating our anniversary with a complimentary dessert that spelled out "Happy Anniversary." This attention to detail was heartwarming and left an indelible mark on our special day.

I cannot sing the praises of the Perfect Match enough; there's a well-deserved reason they come highly recommended by Michelin. The seamless fusion of exceptional service, outstanding cuisine, and a warm, inviting atmosphere created an anniversary celebration that will forever be etched in our memories. In case you are a meat-darling, this spot is an absolute necessity visit!! We ate there half a month prior on a work day. We were an organization of 4 and we just wouldn't/couldn't quit remarking on how stunning everything was!! The meat was totally uncommon! So delicate and succulent, blades were pointless! Also, the above sentence applies to my steak which I requested all around done! The hand crafted prosecco is truly outstanding (if not awesome) I have at any point attempted. Also, we should not begin on the pastries... 4 individuals wound up sharing 7 of them! :D

Furthermore, aside from the food, the assistance is unimaginable too. Cordial as well as learned. The wine proposal was right on target for the hard to please (me that is)!

If you are a meat-lover, this place is a must-visit!! We ate there a couple of weeks ago on a weekday. We were a company of 4 and we just wouldn't/couldn't stop commenting on how amazing everything was!! The meat was absolutely extraordinary! So tender and juicy, knives were useless! And the above sentence applies to my steak which I ordered well done! The homemade prosecco is one of the best (if not THE best) I have ever tried.
