hello this is a great pizza the little one really likes it straight and melts in your mouth we will see each other quite often to eat again
and for Harrison, people who can't figure out that Friday and Saturday restaurants are very busy and most customers have ordered between 6-8pm for dinner or something to eat. I will ask them to have mercy on restaurants because they are very busy I had a pizzeria and the orders only at noon we talk from 11:00 - 15:00 I made 1200 pizzas at least I just told their customers that in 4 hours it will come out of the oven and for the evening, not to mention how long to wait, they ordered at 16:00 to eat at 20:00 when you want a great pizza you just go and wait good things happen slowly for a good result
I explain this because people do not understand how difficult it is to execute a large number of orders in a short time, although many people will not understand it. and when you order from the delivery applications, the restaurants do not have the option to set the time when it will be ready, for example after 2 hours, and it comes to switching off please be patient
and to the owner I will just say there will always be dissatisfied customers there is no way it is impossible to ever make everyone happy no matter how much you want to fulfill every order but they can not understand it from personal experience
thank you for the great pizza we like...
Read moreI am so glad I chose this lovely pizza restaurant for a post birthday meal for a dear chum. We arrived at 17:30 on Friday 19th, and true to its name, the place was indeed a cosy corner without engendering that claustrophobic feeling that can happen. Warm and welcoming. This place is clearly proud of the quality of their pizza dough, and it is well warranted! Every pizza I saw emerge from the kitchen, including our own (a Margherita and Parmigiana respectively) looked lovingly taken care of, with even leoparding and what I think is the best balance between crispiness, fluffiness and a noticeable sourdough tang that I've ever experienced in a pizza. We had a starter of two mozzarella garlic breads, and a generous bowl of antipasti grilled vegetables as well which would make a great lunch on their own. Our guy was great, helped us with our order, went out of his way to make an addition to my friend's pizza, and was generally very amicable and informative. We were politely told when we had 15 minutes left on our table, to which we asked for a to go box and a deliciously gooey, powerfully dark brownie sharpish, which I devoured with glee. I do wish we had longer, but with such quality on offer, I am not in the least bit surprised that they are well booked on a Friday. Thanks so much staff, it was well worth the trip from Chatham and I'll...
Read moreFood was ok, the experience was poor - a few things left a very sour taste. On arrival before even being asked how we are, we were told "you've only got your table an hour", a fact our servers repeatedly bought up each time they visited. In fact when we were asked if we wanted desert our server made a point of deliberately checking her watch and going "well you've got 20 minutes so you should be able to squeeze one in!". I get that its a small restaurant and you have limited tables but maybe don't take too many bookings?
The other thing i take issue with is how anyone can justify charging more than £3 for a 330ml can of coke/lemonade etc. Perhaps i was already annoyed due to feeling like we had to rush our dinner but i could not believe my eyes when i saw the prices.
The pizza itself was very good and the price fair, otherwise this would be a 1 star review. Sorry, just very disappointed and it made our night feel a little...
