Blink, and you'll miss it, but you'd be missing out if you did. Pavel's coffee is THE best in Walden, and there's some stiff competition from a couple of great independent coffee shops in the town centre. Let's face it, the independents have it. Starbucks is for people with no taste in coffee and who buy into brands. Support your local businesses, local people! Anyway, Pavel always does double shot coffee but will do triple if asked. He can also do large if asked too. His coffee though! Oh boy, it is second to none. Reminds me of the coffee shops I used to frequent in Indonesia, and that's high praise in my book....

After two years walking by this often empty collection of shops and thinking "would be great if there was a cafe serving coffee on this corner" was delighted when this place popped up.

Hands down the BEST coffee in Saffron Walden serving a great blend supplied by the White House bean seller found in the local markets.
