Domino's Pizza - Great Dunmow — Restaurant in Uttlesford

Please DO NOT order from this Dominos. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tuna pizza, and what arrived was genuinely inedible—both in appearance and quality. The tuna was hard as a rock which suggests the cans were open and left uncovered for days if not weeks. I raised my concerns and the response from both customer service and the very rude lady in the store was dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they focused on reassuring me about their “strict protocols” and insisted the product was within their expected range—despite clear evidence to the contrary. Worse, they framed the replacement pizza I received as a “goodwill gesture,” when in reality, it was the bare minimum after serving UNSAFE food. Oh and get this, she even said that in order to get a replacement pizza, I had to send her back the tuna pizza (guess she thought I was just complaining to get another free pizza). And I happily did send that horrible unsafe pizza right back to her. And even the one I got as replacement, I couldn’t eat because I was so disgusted and couldn't trust dominos in dunmow ever again.

It’s so disappointing to see a company more concerned with shutting down complaints than ensuring customer safety. So please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE. Want a good pizza place in Dunmow? Order from Dunmow Flames Pizza & Grill, they are more affordable and SOOO much better and...

Overpriced and the photos show loads of toppings - false advertising

For a few years, I have bought pizzas from there and noticed the decrease in toppings each time I ordered.

I ordered a large texas bbq pizza and sat down to eat it to find there were almost no toppings on it at all. There were 3 strips of chicken, 1/5 rash of bacon, no onion, no red/green peppers. It looked like a tomato puree with little cheese.

I took a photo, contacted customer services and in 24 hours received a voucher code for the same pizza. I phoned them, gave them the code and said I will collect it.

Whilst there, I got the pizza, had a look and said that is how they used to be. The staff member said they are watched on security camera and if they put too many toppings, they get shouted at by the manager and told not to do it again

We probably ordered 10times in the last 5 months since we moved here especially in the first few weeks. Probably half of the time they forgot to add the double cheese we ordered or threw all the ingredients into the middle of the pizza... today they forgot onions on my wife's Pizza. I Took it back and they looked at me if I just wanted some goodies because I am complaining. I genuinely just expect to have the pizza that I ordered and not spend time going back and reordering because they are careless. If you use them CHECK YOUR Pizza before you pay as their mistakes are consistent.
