Domino's Pizza - Saffron Walden — Restaurant in Uttlesford

Ordered twice in the last 2 weeks. First order was missing half of it. Delivery driver said would grab the ice cream missing and come straight back. Didn't happen. Rang up eventually had the whole order sent out again. But took their time.

Last night ordered pizza, ice cream and drink. Ice cream missing again. Rang up and said I'd like the refund as had taken them over any hour to deliver my food as it was. (Even worse their tracker had said it was delivered 20mins before it was. Was told by driver they like to cheat the system to make it look good on their end) anyway got put on hold. 15mins later no answer and I hadn't even spoken to someone. So rang again. Got an answer. She's like I need to speak to my manager. Puts me on hold. 10mins and doesn't come back. Rang again same woman. Claims she thought I'd been dealt with. Eventually got the manager who goes oh yeah that'll be refunded in 3-5days. Typical you can take my money in seconds though. Will have to wait and see if I get it. Will NOT be ordering from here again. I get places are short staffed but there's no communication and no organisation. Severely disappointed

Update 30/11/21 it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. This is beyond a joke now and has been reported elsewhere. The company should be ashamed of their appalling...

Really bad company, and not actually good pizza anymore either. Driver breaks down so have to wait a week for a refund as they can't deliver. Waste of my time and no food, great, do not use. Charges for delivery due to rising fuel costs but the last two times I have ordered it has been delivered by bicycle? They use fuel now? Lying to customers to make extra profits.

Waited a year and tried again to save some time, one pizza, an hour till delivery, said delivered called store guy had gone to tesco. Turns up ten minutes later cold. Another waste of time and money as usual.

I can get a premium pizza for a fiver from Tesco, put extra toppings on for another 3-4 quid and cook it in twenty minutes, why do I do it? Hell no with dominos...

Ordered a pizza online at 17.45 to be delivered for 19.15pm. It is now 19.45pm and still no delivery!! Rang the store spoke to a girl called Lucy who informed me that it is out for delivery but could be another 20minutes as they have alot of deliveries. This is terrible service so I questioned why they offer time deliveries if they arnt sticking to it and she told me that saffron Walden store don't offer timed deliveries🤔 clearly do as it's an option on your website!!? Apparently 'head office' make this option but they don't stick to it!!?? Meanwhile I can hear swearing in the background from other members of staff!! This is the last time I use dominos should have gone ABC, I'd be tucking into my pizza by now and not...
