Always really liked this place especially when it was a shop. I understand now it’s home based it’s harder to manage without staff but communication via messages is difficult, messages get read and left not replied to. I ordered a cake recently which I kept having to follow up on for replies, when I got the cake it was the wrong flavour (which I did ask for a particular flavour) and the wrong colour. I asked for blue and pink but it was all blue. The colour I didn’t mind too much as it did still look great but when the flavour was wrong it did sour the experience. I did message to let them know it was wrong but was just left on read. Unfortunately just not the service I’ve had previously and an acknowledgment would have been nice as I do believe in communicating before leaving a review.
