They got the order wrong . How hard is it for a kids chicken piece meal , one burger and 3 pieces of chicken? They then accused us of being wrong, even though we pronounced everything correctly. We requested a delivery of the missing food as it would have been another half an hour walk there and back. Took nearly two hours. First few times they rang the wrong number. When the 4 missing chicken pieces arrived they tried to make us pay a delivery charge for their mistake. The delivery driver even tried to put the blame on me saying 'it is your fault'. The food is decent but they need manners and more understanding of the English language. They will try to overcharge food too. Absolutely shocking!!! Ordered a few times food hasn't been great but gave it benefit of doubt we'll not any more ordered food chicken cold got chicken bites instead of chilli bites and didnt bring chips after ringing them and telling them nicely about this they said well we are shut now soo...what the he'll! Today at 2:15 PM, I visited Fredi’s shop in Wakefield. The quality of the food was beyond good, and the prices were very reasonable. Honestly, if there were a place like this in Leeds, I would go there every day! Now I've decided to visit at least once a week. The service and food quality are truly exceptional, and the atmosphere is cozy and beautiful.
