Beck Retail Park — Local services in Wakefield

It's convenient if I'm just needing a few odds & ends or fuel! I can get both at Beck Retail Park on Ings Road, Wakefield & all without ever goin' near t'middle of Wakefield (Parking Dramas) or far outta Wakefield & in t'sticks! Beck Retail Park has a large Sainsbury's Supermarket, Homebase, Matalan + B&M, which most will know that one's a favourite of mine! As 4 a quick nip t'get fuel too & although not 'Officially, part of Beck Retail Park, Sainsbury's Petrol Station is still very close! As close as it's only over other side of Ings Road! Cant miss it as its directly opposite Beck Retail Parks large Sainsbury's Supermarket & ample FREE car park, yay free parking too! 🤪 A good selection of other outlets inc 4 food too that extends just tad further up Ings Road! Top of Ings Road & just straight over the roundabout, under the railway arches, u will see it! Mayb catch a bite at McD's or Pizza Hut & then a movie too in Cineworld! Of course only when u've finished & reached that perfect retail therapy 'Happy, or him & his wallet starts whimpering! Beck Retail Park has a lot t'offer, so...

The one star is for the parking noticed after our 3 hours there ..parked outside home bargains .. did not see a parking sign of 2 hours .. shopped in matalan for almost 1 hour .choosing and trying on clothes .. walked up to sainsburys .. used baby changing for grandaughter ..then ate in there cafe .. left approx 14.30 .. so how can you cover all those shops in 2 hours ? Very poor !!!!.. we where there for 3 hours .. rather it had been pay and display .. at least wouldnt have being restricted for time ..unable to go into home bargains and b&m ..as we had planned to .. and the recently opened...

This shopping centre hasn't got as many shops as others, but as far as I'm concerned it has every shop needed for the bargain hunter. It has all my go to places: B & M The Range Home Bargains Matalan It also has a decent size Sainsbury and a cheap sainsbury petrol station. Keep going over the roundabout and turn left and you have a: Dunelm Argos B & Q Currys A restaurant (not sure if it's McDonald's or Pizza hut) Even a cinema. Well that's a day out in my book. Only shop missing is Aldi!!!! Oh well...
