Greggs — Restaurant in Wakefield

The staff are friendly and capable. The seating area is small, but comfortable. There are no toilet facilities here. The food is fresh and tasty, but not guaranteed to be hot. Drinks are reasonably priced. This baked goods store is a welcome and positive addition in the community. Coronavirus restrictions have now been lifted, although service screens remain. There are a few, time limited, free parking spaces...

The WORST iced latte I have ever had in my life! Using crushed ice, you may as well just pour cold water into a cup of milk, add some brown food colouring & call it a "latte" - it was disgusting - I literally spat it out! "Watery beige milk" is what you should really call it as there is no coffee flavour whatsoever. You have lost me as a lunch customer on the back of this (& I shall be spreading...

I have had greggs all over the country... Never, ever does it taste like it does from this branch! The ladies and gentlemen who work here are like 2nd family... They know what I'm going to order before I even speak... So friendly and cheerful even when busy, always wish us a good day and know when we've not been in for a few days ... Collette makes a mean bacon butty in a morning 😂 loads...
