I got a zinger wrap from here and it was very poor. Little filling was tasteless and the bread crumbled away because it was old and stale. No more KFC for me.
It has been a long time since i posted this review. Recently my daughter has wanted kfc so we have used the drive through a number of times and it has been ok. I avoid the wraps. Today we decided to eat in and that didn't go well. Ordered and paid at the kiosk that did not give me a receipt. I went to the counter and they told me the order number. There were 2 items missing from our order. The missing drink i noticed and it was corrected. The other item was some dip so i returned to the counter. I had forgotten the name of the dip, not a conventional name. I explained this to the lady at the counter and she just kept asking, over and over, "so what do you want". She didn't make any effort to help by naming some dips or looking at my order. Just "so what do you want? So what do you want?" I ended up walking away but for the rest of the time we were there no effort was made to correct the order or fix the kiosk or turn it off to stop people using it. Very poor service and an unpleasant experience. Also i feel knowing a customer has paid for an item you haven't served is just plain theft and arrogant to boot.
EDIT I complained to KFC about our experience and much email communication took place. I was asked many questions about our visit and our order. Apparently the problem will be forwarded to the manager of this restaurant. The last email said I would receive a £7 voucher by SMS within the hour. I never got the voucher 🤣🤣🤣 the irony.
EDIT I did eventually get the voucher.
Just been here again. Pay for 8 hot wings and get 4. If you missed out on an education you too could work at kfc. Pathetic! 10 mile trip to get the order sorted. 🤬 Kinda ironic the guy said "so you ordered 8 and we gave you 2". There were four in the bag, i guess counting's...
Read moreOnly reason this has gotten 1 star is that i can't give it a 0, ordered food at one if their kiosks and 20 minutes later still hadn't recieved my order, was then offered a refund or my food with no actual apology and for the manager to just walk away when a lady asked where her order was and disappear into the back to avoid dealing with customer complaints is disgraceful and very unprofessional,
15/02/2019 Another visit another shambles, placed order at 7pm at 720pm still waiting, when queried told by manager that we were lying about how long we had waited to which a staff member corrected him, luckily we checked our order as we had items missing and when we went to get our missing items we were then told by the manager that he will speed the orders up?? How does this help me??? When asked this he stammered and stuttered as if he didn't actually know what he was doing before offering a refund at which time we had wasted nearly 35 minutes of our lives in kfc. Most likely won't ever return to restaurantant as it will be quicker to raise and cook my own chickens

Decided to give this store another chance and guess what, yet again they are a major let down, ordered through the just eat app as due to the state of things in store collection was unavailable, to recieve what was basically half an order with a sticker saying the order has been checked and that all the items were present, when contacting the store to find out what was going to be done was told that I had to contact just eat as it was there fault?? 🤔 Just eat doesn't get the orders together they just deliver them, it's the stores responsibility to ensure that my order is correct, so now I have half an order and people going hungry as the food isn't there, I will be chasing for a full refund for my order as this is just pathetic I would recommend avoiding this store...
Read moreThe worst KFC I've ever been to! I live nearby and have visited this KFC many times over the years. The staff are idiots. They always mess up my order and the service is painfully slow.
The last straw was around 5 weeks ago (I've not been to this KFC since then and never will again) I spent 20 minutes in the drive through queue just for a snack box (basically fries and a chicken breast in a box) only to get home and find they had forgot to put the chicken in the box! That's right; the restaurant than specialises in chicken had forgot to put the thing in which they specialise into the box. I had a box of fries and they were cold!
I only live 5 minutes away so I went back, spent 10 minutes queuing inside the restaurant, complained about my order and was then told that there was a 10 minute wait for the chicken! I told them I'd like my money back. I wasn't happy with the service so I wanted my money back and I planned on getting a double cheeseburger from the McDoanld's across the road. I was told that because it was a drive-thru order, I would have to go back through the drive-thru to get my money back! What a complete pile of rubbish. I could literally see the till at the drive-thru window only 10 feet behind the lady that was providing me this ludicrous information.
I walked out, threw my box of cold chips in the bin and vowed to never go back to this KFC restaurant. The food is not consistent, the staff are idiots and they allows screw up the order. In the words of Comic Book Guy, WORST KFC...
