Probably the worst meal out I have ever had in my life. We went on a wedsnesday afternoon they had 1 table of 10 and a couple small families in so we thought great not too busy wont be waiting long for service. We were instantly judged by the front table staff and once we were seated nobody even came up to our table for 35 minutes to ask us for drinks. When the woman finally came up to us she gave us some half based patronising "sorry" and then asked us for our order. I then watch the woman walk around for 10 minutes chatting to co-workers when she could of been doing her job. Another woman brought my drink 30 minutes later with my starters baring in mind we ordered 2 cheese pockets. Decent scan tbh but it isn't hard to impress me with cheese, texture of outside was nice too overall enjoyed the starter itself. We then wait another HOUR and watch 2 families of 4 get served their whole meal including deserts before our main course comes to the table. I have ADHD so this is very hard for me to deal with in public and my temper was starting to take control however I have a great partner who kept me calm. That was until the food came out. I ordered a pasta that would take me 15 minutes to create at home and I'm not the greatest chef but I can taste overcooked pasta for a mile off and this was just disgusting. Plain, bland, half of the pasta was absolutely caked in sauce and half was just bone dry but most of all very disappointing. I was brought up with the correct manners in regards to restaurant etiquette so after this whole ordeal and leaving 75% of my meal I asked for the bill instantly as I was very unhappy. Literally no hospitality or customer service from any of your staff as if anyone in your building understood what ADHD was they would of been able to see that I was struggling very hard sat outside a VERY public window. I have been completely embarrassed in public by your restaurant and the whole experience has put me back on edge in regards to eating out at chain restaurants because the quality of the product clearly doesn't match what you say you provide. I will be sharing this story wherever I can because for someone who works hard minimum wage in a factory 6 days a week who wants to be able to take their partner out for a well deserved meal shouldn't have to be disrespected or pre-judged by snobby waiters who are only interested in middle aged people where they are more likely to be tipped. Just on that note, if I am provided service that I am very happy with, I am more than happy to tip people as I always tip for my monster burger at TGI! If you made it to the end I appreciate you taking the time to read my comments they aren't meant to be hurtful or anything this is just my honest experience from your...

Bella Italia holds a special place in my heart, as it has become a beloved tradition for me and my friends. We make it a point to visit every few months, and it's my go-to spot for birthday celebrations year after year.

One of the standout features of Bella Italia is its impeccable food. Every dish is a masterpiece, served hot, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I have a few personal favourites, including the indulgent Carbonara and the mouthwatering Meatballs. Of course, you can never go wrong with one of their delicious pizzas.

The drink selection at Bella Italia is equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options from sodas and juices to an extensive list of beers, wines, and cocktails. Whatever your preference, you're sure to find something to quench your thirst and complement your meal.

The atmosphere at Bella Italia is simply delightful, with soothing music, soft lighting, and comfortable seating, creating the perfect ambience for a memorable dining experience. Additionally, the spotless bathrooms reflect the restaurant's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

But perhaps the greatest asset of Bella Italia is its exceptional staff. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, the staff members here elevate the dining experience with their warm hospitality and genuine care for their guests.

And let's not forget about dessert! Bella Italia's sweet treats are the perfect ending to any meal, with each dessert offering a delectable blend of flavours that leave you craving more.

Overall, Bella Italia is a five-star dining destination that never disappoints. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a casual meal with friends, you can always count on Bella Italia to deliver an unforgettable...

Absolutely terrible!!! Said they only had one chef on and sent us away to spend money in someone else’s bar while we waited. Their bar area was empty. So technically asked me to give money to another business??? Came back over half an hour later and ordered. Had a starter of luke warm tasteless meatballs. My wife had king prawns. Plenty of taste in the sauce, but none in the prawns. Mains were served, my wife had bolognaise I had ham hock and chicken with pasta. Once again Luke warm. I had ordered extra chicken, which was none existent. Sent it back and eventually got it heated by Chef Mike. (Microwave). It came back and it was terrible. Could not get the taste out of my mouth, and still can’t hours later. Felt like they had drowned it in salt and cheese. My wife’s bolognaise was the worst she had tasted and refused to eat it. They refunded the bolognaise on the bill. The reason we could critique the quality of this food is that my wife is a Chef!! The waitress couldn’t apologise enough after my wife revealed this and I reassured her it wasn’t her fault. The pizzas that my daughter and her partner had looked dry, but they didn’t want to complain as I was footing the bill. All In all, never going back. The worst £100 I have ever spent in a restaurant. Looks like the Chef didn’t turn up and they got some random agency chef to re-heat yesterdays food. They tried telling us the pasta was prepared fresh in the morning. Yes, and was probably cooked in the morning and re-heated. The pizza bases looked as though they were pre made as well. I wouldn’t bother trying this place, just go to your local pizza shop and have it at home. Please note that my wife and daughter had eaten here before and recommended it to me. Even they will not...

Alas this restaurant has changed in the quality of the food. I visited this place once and liked it and now I decided to visit it again. Unfortunately, the food disappointed me. For £75, for 2 persons I ordered 2 salads, 1 ciabata, 2 lasagne and 2 drinks. Well, the salad from the word go was absolutely nothing. Just sliced tomatoes and didn't even remove the back of the tomatoes, just sliced mozzarella cheese and put coriander on top and drizzled with oil. No flavour, no smell. The tomatoes are rubbery, tasteless and the dish costs £16 for a second. Ciabatta. I don't know what it is at all. The chef decided to just cut 2 pieces of bread without frying it and just poured oil on top and threw on diced tomatoes and onions. Unleavened, no salt and no flavour. The bread had no flavour at all. It was not crispy and toasted and the amount for this very "tasty" dish took a decent amount, also about 16 pounds. Lasagne. Well, it is still more or less tasty, but again, very liquid dish. Too much gravy. I've had real Italian lasagne so I can compare. The drinks, of course, leave a lot to be desired. The mojito had a lot of ice and 1 slice of Lime and 1 small bunch of mint. Really? The most basic drink and alas, it was sad to drink. The second drink my wife didn't even finish it as it was just tasteless. Apart from the bright red colour, there's nothing interesting about it. No taste, no smell. Very disappointed with this restaurant. After the restaurant I went with my wife to Starbucks where they were able to drink a tasty drink and eat a tasty bun. In general, I would not recommend this restaurant. Spending such a sum of money for absolutely not tasty food is not just no sense, but even no desire to

Went here for a quick meal as Bella Italia now take TasteCard, which has a 2 for 1 offer on starters, mains (sides excluded) and desserts, making it good value for the quality of food served. King Prawns and Bruschetta to start. Bruschetta was a sizeable portion and very tasty, although the prawns tasted like recooked frozen prawns, rather than fresh. Pasta was amazing. They had run out of rocket to go on the Pesto Pollo pizza, which the manager only mentioned as it was about to be served, offering spinach as an alternative. Had I been informed earlier, I'd probably have changed my order, as the spinach didn't really work in terms of the flavour. Lemon cheesecake was really zesty and beautifully bitter sweet. Panna Cotta was over set and flavourless apart from the accompanying coulis. Friendly service from our waitress. Great value using the TasteCard, which is reflected in the rating. Had we paid full price, it would have been three stars.

Myself and my Partner went today for the bottomless pizza. We were a little skeptical that you would actually get chance to order so many pizzas but the service was amazing. Polly & Jamie were so friendly. Everytime we had almost finished a pizza they were taking our order for the next one. You do get and hour and half but after an hour and 6 pizzas we were beat, despite Jamie's efforts to cheer us on to eat more. Polly & Jamie both made the experience even better. The pizzas were great but we were beaten today. We would recommend anyone with a big appetite to try it!
