Had the afternoon tea today, wow! It was fantastic, plenty of filling in the sandwiches, quiche, pork pie, sausage rolls, scones to die for( real clotted cream) and beautiful cakes. Great value and the staff are very friendly.

Really glad this place popped up when I was looking for somewhere for lunch with the family. Excellent home-cooked food, good drinks and a nice homely atmosphere.

If you're going for fine dining then you'll be disappointed, but if you're looking for traditional food in a quaint 70s retro setting with excellent and friendly service, you could do a lot worse than...

Loved the atmosphere, friendliness and food. I had home made chips, egg and sausage. My husband had a homemade corned beef and potatoe pie. He said the pastry was really nice. He ate the pie with chips and baked beans and gravy, he left the plate clean. We will be returning for more home made food. It is also...

Food all home cooked and traditional. If it isnt on the menu, they will make if they can ( pancakes). Have only been for breakfast, but lunches and afternoon teas look amazing. Owners lovely. Decor really good, and although very " retro" the kids...
