Big Bite — Restaurant in Wales

Horrendous experience, we called at 11pm on a Friday Night, were told half an hour wait on the phone, I wanted to give my postcode but a member of staff assured me he knew where my house was, after an hour of waiting we called back just to check, replied we came to your house but you didn't order, now this leaves me very puzzled as the member of staff knew where I lived, and I wouldn't call up to check on an order I hadn't already ordered. Another half an hour goes by to knocking on my door!

Poor poor poor quality of food, it was the same food they cooked from the first time, the chips were stone cold and I mean stone cold, the cheese had dried up into a block, and the meat was dangerously cold! It was 13.50 and I gave 14 to which he man just walk off with not even an offer of change!

Don't know what's happened to this place, a simple order. Big bite breakfast and a breakfast baguette. Totally forgot the baguette had to remind them 3 times. When it eventually turned up I'd finished my meal. Asked for a replacement coffee as had been left waiting, this was then slammed down on the table. No apology, nothing. Just attitude. We weren't the only ones this happened to this morning. A group of builders also had half their meals forgotten too and a family group. Where have you been all my life. This place is amazing. A kebab shop that has fresh salad and coleslaw. You could taste the freshness in the onions. Pitta bread was fresh too. Stayed edible right to the end and didnt turn into cardboard. Staff was amazingly friendly and really helpful. Chose to stay in sit down to eat as we felt so at ease. Different from the usual innuendos and leering at our bare legs. Only found it as we were passing through. Will definitely be making special trips to this place even if it does mean a 30...
