Dwbis — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered online for 6:30, they then changed the time without letting us know or providing a notification or anything. So I attended the restaurant at 6:30 to be told that I was early and to take a seat. I repeatedly asked how long my food would be to be repeatedly told to take a seat without any indication as to how long my food would be. It wasn’t till 6:58 that a different man said it would be ready for 7 by which point I had already waited half an hour. The food was then okay but wasn’t great, £80 for Luke warm food with some of the bread burnt and dry. Definitely won’t be going there again very disappointed and would not recommend women attend on their own given how I was spoken down to and my questions disregarded to which I felt was particularly because I’m a young female...

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with DWBIS Restaurant. I ordered food for takeout, and to my dismay, I found a fly in my meal. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards. When I contacted the restaurant to complain, they were dismissive and reluctant to address the issue. This poor customer service only compounded the problem. Finding a foreign object in food is not only disgusting but also a potential health hazard. We are forced to leave a 1* review purely on the basis that on two separate occasions we've placed a takeaway order only to find that a dish we'd been charged for was missing when we got home. The first time we just chalked it up to one of those things and let it go, but the very next time we ordered it happened again so we emailed the restaurant to tell them about it and all we had back was tumbleweed and crickets. Nothing. So on that basis we have no choice but to not order from them again. And it's a shame because we were quite pleased with the overall quality of the food that...
