Bradleys Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Wales

This coffee shop is in a close community. It looks like a safe place to sit and chat and have a coffee. I struggle to understand why they refused my friends daughter to stay in the cafe with her friend as only one could afford a £3 milk shake! They were waiting to be collect from the area by parents and were told to stick together on their day out in the school holidays. So went for a milk shake. Surely at the point of taking the money and making one milk shake the lady serving them had committed to letting them use the cafe. Then asking the second to leave as she had no money is totally unacceptable! They are polite 12 year old girls and left! Shame on this community cafe!!! I’m a former police officer and I commend the girls for sticking together. As communities we have to look after each other. Local business also have a part to play in community safety. The managements response to the parents complaint was equally unacceptable to confirm the policy...

Not the friendliest of places to go, a bit odd towards you if you go in and have a coffee on your own,. If you have a family or wife with you there seems to be more approachability, also if you talk or have a conversation with the people they don't really want to talk that long, coffee also very bitter tasting,

A lot friendlier with the little chap who serves and the French lady, who is very courteous and polite . No longer there now.

I remember one occasion asking for a coffee and had a Costa plastic cup and lady behind the counter refused to fill it, saying this was misrepresentation because it wasn't bradley's , this I thought was poor policy, bad customer service, what is the old addage the customers...

Purchased a panini from Bradley's first when I moved around the corner from it, the panini was burnt so we took it back and got a refund after thinking that it could of been a one off and a bad day I returned yesterday and baught rolls with fillings to start the filling was the wrong thing I asked for Even know I confirmed it 3 times and when I got home and ate it, it was discusting dry tough bread, over cooked for sure and the filling wasn't up to much either definitely don't recommend over priced and ide say Asda make better...
