The Vegan Coffi House — Restaurant in Wales

We had two oat hot chocs and a Welsh cake, red velvet and carrot an pistachio cake to take away. While we waited we were told there were things for our 2 Yr old in a play corner hidden at the back, an he loved it books, puzzles and colouring in. The hot choc was nice, as was the welsh cake. The red velvet tasted amazing but the texture was a bit grainy. The carrot and pistachio cake slice was amazing for a carrot cake but the pistachio flavour unfortunately doesn't come through, but as I love carrot cake and it tasted amazing il be getting it again for sure. Really lovely Coffee shop, with a unique decor style and welcoming staff. Only popped in for a drink, and really impressed with how accommodating and generally lovely the people working there were. Had a nice selection of drink choices too. One small piece of feedback I’d give would be the time it took to receive my drink, when it was only myself and another customer in there - it took roughly 10/15 mins to get my drink, which wasn’t a massive wait, but if it had arrived a little quicker, it would’ve been a 10/10 from me. All in all, great to see a Vegan place doing so well, and hope it continues...

We visited here as part of my daughter’s birthday celebrations after going to zip world. Despite it being not far from closing time they were happy to put themselves out and stay open late so we could enjoy a cooked delight. The food was absolutely delicious but the attentiveness of the owners was just so lovely it made our day. We haven’t long lost my Mum and my girls said it reminded them of Nanny Conn and the atmosphere was like having a warm hug from your Nan.
