I visited this place a few weeks ago after meeting up with a friend I hadn't seen for ages. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they were amazing. The food on the other hand was out of this world. Spicy delight kebab I ordered and I had a quick taxi home opened it and wow! So fresh and tasty 😋. Been a regular customer for so many years until pandemic and then I also had to watch money. I so enjoyed the last kebab from a few weeks ago I ordered through just eat and yep, fantastic again and the chips are lush 😋. Carlos used to be my favourite and most reliable takeaway. I know Carlos personally and I am gutted that it's going down hill. The last few times I've ordered has been through the just eat app and the pizzas we've ordered have been undercooked and not even sliced properly. I thought I'd have a kebab instead this time as they've previously never gone wrong but it was the most basic kebab and was cold as well as bone dry. Never been declined by a take away.... until tonight!!! Ordered from them quite a few times and their food and delivery was spot on. Last time the delivery guy claimed he could find me and my partner found him and tonight I was declined!! I feel quite put out!! Guessing I am a bad customer due to my front door being at the back of the building even though I write in the comment box how to find me and that my partner will meet the driver. Still stunned!
