Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Wales

Absolute worst experience ever, came with family to order on a Sunday around 1pm, asked for a few items off the menu that they couldn't provide which is fine so we ordered sat down, a few meals came out then after ordering 2 pizzas only 1 came then we were told they couldn't bring us another one as they had none left, ordered vanilla ice cream then after sitting down we were told they had no vanilla ice cream so money refunded for that, another meal came with mayonnaise which after putting on the toasted sandwich realised it was tartar sauce, granted should of checked but its instant to just put it on that meal was replaced ,They don't serve chicken on a Sunday but one of the specials was chicken!!! So 7 people ate and 1 didn't, the staff offered extra drinks but the day was spoilt because we wanted to eat together and with the problems some had finished before others had even started, one of the group received £5.00 for the mix up of the mayonnaise, definitely wasn't an enjoyable experience and must definitely won't be visiting...

We decided to support local independant businesses and came here for our morning caffeine hit instead of Costa. What a mistake...

We had brought a couple of pasties from the pie shop in the shopping centre and even though i know, strictly speaking we shouldn't have taken out the pies at the table, i didnt think it was a crime. There were only 2 or 3 tables occupied and the rest were empty, but at the site of the pastie bags, the lady from the adjacent souvenir shop (who was also occupying a table without ordering any food/drinks) started flapping her arms in the air to get the attention of the cafe counter staff. The staff member ran over to tell us off, but even after we put the pasties away and continued with our hot drinks, she wouldn't take her eyes off us!

No smiles, no customer service, poor quality drinks. Its no surprise this...

Just visited the cafe today,have been poorly for 3weeks and have lost my appetite but saw the christmas dinner on and thought I'll have a go at that.Oh my word it was excellent.The veg was cooked to my way,still with a little bite to them 5types of veggies,plenty of turkey and gravey like my nana use to make.Huge dinner,mince pie and pot of tea all for £10:50 You can not go wrong there and everything piping hot.Well done Paul ,I think the chefs name is and well done to all the staff who welcome my husband and I like family when we pop in to...
