Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

This Costa coffee shop is located within the St Catherine's Walk Shopping Centre at the northern end of Carmarthen town centre as is located near a variety of shops as well as the Vue Cinema. The shopping centre has a large car park with plenty of spaces which is only a short walk away from the coffee shop.

We stopped here for a hot drink while visiting the town at lunchtime. It was quite busy inside but there were still a couple of places to seat. As it was so busy there was a bit of a wait at the till but the staff members we spoke to were very friendly and welcoming.

We ordered our usual decaf cappuccino and hot chocolate with whipped cream and were very happy with the drinks as usual.

This was our first visit to this specific Costa and we would happily return if we are ever in...

Great customer survice, and very kind to people inquiring about allergys. They were very patient, thorough and kept reasuring us of the measures they were going to to help us feel safe. A very enjoyable experience also. All round 5 stars.

Update: I upsettingly have to update this review as when i attended costa today i was informed by a member of staff that it was too busy to check the allergen sheets for my partner and that drinks were subject to a greater risk of cross contamination as they hadn't got the time to prepair a drink seperately. Ive attended costa regularly since my 1st review and genuinly enjoy this perticular costa, however when my partner is forced to drink water because staff are too busy i cannot help...

I frequently come here as it’s close to my work but also because the staff are absolutely amazing! It is always clean here and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
