Perfect Pizza Wrexham — Restaurant in Wales

I don't think I need say much more than the pictures are already saying. What an absute embarrassment of pizza! Wanted a pizza.. says it in the name. Should have gotten the Chicago Town microwave kids pizzas. They're bigger! 10 quid each these cost me! 10 quid! Im embarrassed for them. Just go anywhere else even if the speciality isn't pizza. We ordered a deep pan and standard. All pizzas were exactly the same size. Can't read. Can't cook. Can't make a pizza. Yes they are my 1 year old hands!! 10 quid each!

Edited in response to owner since I've seen his previous responses. I ordered 3 pizzas at £10 quid each. Why did you not make normal size pizzas for the price instead of small ones knowing the response? If you had these offers? As a manager or staff member why did you not look at these pizzas and think, this is a ridiculous price for the size of these pizzas. Even on delivery which was yourself you embarrassingly commented on the size of the pizzas yourself . Horrible food and horrible customer service!

The food was flattened, the burger buns were wet, with one of the burgers chicken fillet being inedible as the lettuce had made it so wet, it was like eating slime. (One burger went uneaten, the other half eaten). And on top of that, they gave us the incorrect drinks (we ordered 2 tangos and got 2 7UPs).

When I asked the driver all he said was theres nothing they can do about, I said we want the drinks we ordered, to which he replied to call the takeaway as he can't help (this was before we saw the state of the food otherwise i would've refused to take anything from them!!!).

I called them, asking if theres anything they can do and if they can get the correct drink sent out to us and they refused to fix the drinks which they mixed up! They said theres nothing we can do to help you. Appalling customer service. If you order from them and get poor food, be sure to know they will not help in the slightest.

Very poor service and poor quality food. Added additional time once the delivery time had been reached. Order was showing out for delivery for over 20 min, we live 5 min away! Food arrived cold and poor quality. Tou could tie it in knots it was like rubber. Garlic bread with cheese, least amount of cheese I have ever seen, i feel like we have deprived the resident mouse! Pizza cold, rubbery and minimal topping. Chicken donner with pita, looks plentiful and may be nice if it was hot. Some pieces of chicken luke warm others cold. Salad looked nice and well presented.
