Domino's Pizza - Cardiff - Whitchurch — Restaurant in Wales

Avoid at all costs and get your pizza from one of the two great Italian restaurants in Whitchurch instead.

I have been a customer of the Whitchurch branch since it opened, but the customer service I received today was abysmal & unacceptable. I ordered a Hot n Spicy pizza for collection. After collecting the pizza I returned home only to discover that I had been given a pepperoni pizza by mistake. Mistakes happen, but I then had to drive back to the store where I was not even offered an apology. After waiting for the staff to stop joking around & to acknowledge me waiting, they then attempted to hand me the hot n spicy pizza that had been sat on the side for over 10 minutes. I politely asked for a fresh one & was told it would take 10 mins. I agreed & waited 15+ mins only to find on returning home (a 5 min drive away) that they had given me the original pizza rather than the fresh one I requested. It was stone cold. I feel like I have had my money stolen from me by immature, petty staff. I'm sure not everyone on the shift was to blame but someone is. I wasted my money, time & fuel as well as having no food to eat this evening as the pizza was inedible. I will never use Dominoes again after...

This was the first time we had ordered from this new Domino's store since it opened earlier this summer. We were very impressed with it.

We ordered at 6pm and by the time we arrived at the store 14 minutes later our meal was all ready for us. By the time we got it back home it was still piping hot - which is a new experience for us when we have used other Domino's further away from home.

The Chicken Wings with Frank's hot sauce were delightful - soft tender chicken perfectly cooked with the spice a perfect balance.

I had an Absolute Banger pizza, with a thin and crispy crust, it was also cooked to perfection and is much tastier eaten hot than when it has cooled.

A very impressive first impression, I do hope the team keeps these high...

Absolutely awful customer service upon collection tonight. When I arrived the guy was on his mobile and didn’t look up to acknowledge me for several minutes and said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute mate’. When I told him the name the order was under he was adamant my order was at another store, until I showed him the email confirming Whitchurch store. When handing over the meal, he didn’t have the courtesy to say thank you. Will not be ordering from this store again....
