Domino's Pizza - Nelson (Wales) — Restaurant in Wales

Been ordering from this store for nearly 2 years, never had an issue with drivers not being able to find the house… today I ordered and realised I had 2 missed calls from a landline number in ‘south shields’ and 1 missed call from Nelson Dominos. I had a voiceI called the South Shields number back and it couldn’t connect the call (driver disguising their number) which is fine these things happen people get lost ect.

What I’m absolutely mortified by is the conversation I had with a women in the store…

I called back within 4 minutes of missing her call (I was changing the babies nappy)

She instantly started saying ‘The drivers been knocking your door and you’ve not answered!’ So the food is on its way back to the store…

I was trying to explain no one had knocked my door as my front door is next to my living room… so they clearly have the wrong house

She then continued to blame me for this issue because I didn’t answer my phone.

I spent £50 on this order, I was blamed for the driver going to the wrong house and then I had to ask them to send the order back out.

Most likely won’t order from there again because I won’t be spoken to like a child because the driver knocked the wrong address… I’d rather order from a different store and collect it myself.

There’s absolutely NO NEED to speak to customers with that kind...

Ordered online at 6pm for delivery at 8:30pm.

When food come there was food missing, so phoned and was told they'd deliver missing items, which they did within 20mins but it was the wrong items, so had to phone again.

Me - can I speak to the manager please

Dominoes - yeah, get him now

Dominoes manager - what's the matter

Me - my order was delivered at 8:30, it was wrong, missing items delivered at 9:00 but was still wrong

Dominoes manager - so what was wrong

Me - explained what was wrong

Dominoes manager- awww never mind, I'll add it to the next time you order

Me - I won't be ordering again after this palaver

Dominoes manager - so shall we forget about it or do you still want what you ordered?

Me - I've paid for it, I want it

Dominoes manager- ok (hung up)

The correct missing items arrived at 9:40, 1 hour and 10mins after a whole lot of attitude and the first order.

We've ordered from here a few times and the service is very quick and efficient. Delivery staff are always friendly and food arrives super fast and always tastes awesome! The reason for the low rating however is that we ordered from here yesterday and today I'm pretty sure I have mild food poisoning. I've not been sick (yet) but I've come quite close. I'm light headed, sweaty and have atrocious stomach cramps 🤢 nothing too severe but I definitely don't feel great. My 8 month old has also had a bad tummy. Thankfully she only had a few bites of my pizza but her nappies certainly haven't been to friendly today 😬 My husband said his pizza was undercooked, although he's fine but I had chicken so I'm not sure if maybe the meat wasn't reheated properly. Bit reluctant to order from here again. Hopefully it's just...
