Filla Pitta — Restaurant in Wales

Visited this evening with my partner for their vegan kebab. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was very helpful and enthusiastic about our choice. He seemed aware of what vegan meant explaining the the doner was made of seitan and the cheese on our pizza (did I mention we ordered vegan pizza too?) was vegan too. He also suggested we avoid the coleslaw as it contained mayo. The food was very hot when we received it although we did eat it almost cold as we had a half an hour journey home and it was still delicious. The salad was fresh and the seitan had a fantastic unique flavour. The only criticism I'd make is the pizza base was a little under cooked (not a big deal). Would give zero stars if I could! Use to love ordering from here as their vegan options are good. However my order was delivered and wrong, they then rectified and re-sent it out but it was then missing multiple items. The food also arrived stone cold. Attempted to talk to the owner and he was nothing but rude and condescending. He told me if I didn’t want to “make a deal with him” then he didn’t care. Extremely impolite and rather unprofessional. Refused to refund us even though we wanted to return the food, as it was basically inedible and over an hour and half late! We had to call multiple times and in the end he hung up on us. What a waste of £20….ordered for collection. Asked for our kebabs to have the sauce put in pots as it makes the pitta bread soggy…they wanted 80p per pot extra 😡 he said he would do me a deal for 50p per pot so and extra £ not to pour it on our food! The garlic and cheese pizza had NOTHING on it just a base! Waste of £4 threw in bin after one bite and spat it out. Hardly any chicken and was BLACK and burnt!
