Flame Grill House — Restaurant in Wales

Today I have experienced the most disrespectful encounter in this shop with my mum who has been a regular customer here for 11 years. I desperately wanted to go to the toilet to wash my hands before eating after having helped a man that had fallen down on the street earlier. When I came back we wanted to politely order some food but this woman was came across as very impatient and was hurrying us to order something. I felt very uninvited and uncomfortable by her attitude towards us. Initially, we tried to be patient but after a while we didn't like the bad customer service and bad attitude and we decided to leave. This woman suddenly became angry and started shouting at us that we have to pay a pound for the toilet. I told her that she should have told us that before I went to wash my hands and that we were willing to buy food but that we didn't like how her customer service was. She suddenly shouted that we had to get out of her shop and she walked towards us in a very threatening way as if she was going to do something to us. This was a very frightening experience. She then threatened to call the police and she said that she was the shop owner and that we had to get out. Then she claimed that her attitude in the beginning was like her making a joke with us and she asked a fellow customer to confirm it. Let me tell you that I do not find this kind of treatment a joke but rather disgusting. This was absolutely outrageous and infuriating and I advice everyone to never come to this...

It was a rainy night hungry and looking for a decent place to eat but it was almost midnight. When I stumbled upon Flame Grill House and was instantly drawn cause they’re still open lol and the aroma. From the moment I walked in, the incredible aroma of grilled meats filled the air, What truly made my experience special was the conversation I had with the cook. Not only was he passionate about the food, but he also shared stories and insights that made my visit feel personal and memorable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like part of the family, and that’s exactly how I felt here. The food? Absolutely outstanding! On my first visit, I was already impressed, but I had to come back to try more. This time, I went for the Shish and Chicken Shawarma, and wow—it was next-level delicious! The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and grilled to perfection, while the shawarma was packed with flavor, juicy, and wrapped in soft, warm bread. Every bite was a delight! As food enthusiasts, me and my daughter were mesmerised by the quality of food we received at the flames grill restaurant. We loved the smoky flavour of their signature dish (shish kebab) cooked on real charcoal. Their kebabs are juicy, tender, fresh, and well marinated, but what makes this place even more special is their passion for food and customer service.
