Front Room — Restaurant in Wales

Called in here as was impressed with the reviews OMG DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE we met friends from Glasgow down on holiday and decided to go for somthing to eat .My god was I sorry the managerss was having a good skinfull at the bar with some of her cronies not very professional. We ordered fish and chips and 4 other meals only to be told it's a new chef will ask him if he has any lol the bar man said no fish so my husband didnt fancy anything eles on the menu .The rest of us waited almost 1 hour for a light lunch and when it arrived it was awful I only wanted a baked potato and tuna and it was frozen in the middle HOW CAN YOU GET A BAKED POTATO SO WRONG my friend order lasagne and garlic bread and it was a slice of bread with butter unbelievable .Needless to say we returned everything .The manageress was not in the least interested couldn't get back to her wine quick enough NEVER AGAIN STAY CLEAR...

Welcoming friendly staff and that's about it!!!! Party of 9 and non of our meals came out at the same time, ordered cocktails and the staff had issues with "the blender", so changed our drinks order and they still couldn't get it right. Really disappointed as you can see the staff on shift wanted nothing but to help but they have clearly had extremely poor training! I would not recommend anyone to visit this venue. went here for father's day pre booked for 12 of us had to wait half an hour for them to bring fresh food out for the carvery which was all like mush and it was cold I sent mine back got a new one and wasn't any different no manager around they clearly don't care about there establishment the staff were lovely especially Olivia who was really helpful everyone was complaining about the food we ended up getting our money back and going elsewhere please avoid like...
